West Monroe man charged in incident with deputy

WEST MONROE -- A West Monroe man is accused of waving his hand and yelling at an Oswego County sheriff's deputy in a threatening manner.
Mark Damon, 47, of 73 Floyd Drive, is charged with disorderly conduct and harassment stemming from an investigation into a domestic dispute at a home in the Town of West Monroe.
Damon was arraigned in the Town of Hastings Court and sent to the Oswego County Jail in lieu of $1,500 cash bail.
He is scheduled to appear in the Town of West Monroe Court on April 4th.
