CORTLANDVILLE -- Police say a Cortlandville father is facing child endangerment charges after a passerby found his two infant sons wandering in the middle of Route 13 overnight.
Investigators tell CNYcentral's Brandon Roth the boys, ages 1 and 2, were found wandering near the intersection of Munson Drive and Route 13. They say one of the boys was only wearing a diaper.
The father is 24-year-old Barry Endres. Police say Endres told them he was sleeping when the boys walked out their home in the middle of the night. Endres says his front door was unlocked.
Endres is scheduled to be arraigned on the child endangerment charges on May 2nd.
