CAPE CANAVERAL (AP) -- Space shuttle Endeavour is all fueled up for a Monday morning liftoff.

Launch time is 8:56 a.m. for NASA's next-to-last shuttle flight. Forecasters say there's a 70 percent chance of good weather.

Commanding Endeavour's final voyage is astronaut Mark Kelly. He's married to wounded Arizona congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords. She's at Kennedy Space Center for the launch. She was present for the first launch attempt late last month as well.

An electrical problem halted the countdown on April 29. NASA says that trouble is behind.

The astronauts are excited everything is going so well this time. Kelly's co-pilot, Gregory Johnson, says he's "charged up."

NASA anticipates a launch day crowd in the hundreds of thousands.
