SENECA FALLS -- A Seneca Falls man convicted of driving drunk three times is arrested again, accused of getting behind the wheel drunk.

60-year-old Thomas Davis, of 116 West Bayard Street, is charged with felony DWI. He was convicted three previous times of drunk driving.

The trouble started around 12:09 a.m. Wednesday when Seneca Falls police were called to a domestic dispute at 55 Stevenson Street, Apartment 8.

Police say Davis got into a fight with a woman and then got into his car drunk and started driving home. He was later arrested and charged with driving drunk. Police say his blood alcohol content was 0.12 percent. They also say he was driving with a suspended license.

Davis was previously convicted of DWAI in 1984 in the Town of Seneca Falls, DWI in 1988 in the Town of Waterloo and BAC greater than 0.08 percent in 2010 in the Town of Waterloo.

He was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on this latest drunk driving charge and sent to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $2,000 cash bail. He is due back in court on June 14th.
