HASTINGS, OSWEGO CO. -- A 29-year-old man is accused of sexually abusing two children.

Oswego County Sheriff's deputies say Billy Joe Sachs, of South Carolina, had sexual contact with a girl younger than 11-years-old and engaged in oral sex with a boy younger than 15-years-old.

Investigators say the abuse happened during the summer months of 2001 at location in the a Town of Hastings.

Sachs was arraigned in Hastings Town Court on charges of sexual abuse and sodomy, both felonies.

He was sent to the Oswego County Jail in lieu of $25,000 bail. He's scheduled to be back in court on June 29th.
