Seneca Falls man accused of providing alcohol to teens, one found unresponsive

SENECA FALLS -- A Seneca Falls man is accused of providing alcohol to teens, including one found lying unresponsive in the shower.

Seneca Falls police responded to 10 State Street Apt. A just before midnight for a possible domestic dispute.

When they got there, police say they found a 13-year-old boy incoherent and unresponsive lying in the shower. The teen was rushed to Geneva General Hospital for treatment.

Police say 27-year-old Jonathan Preston bought alcohol for his wife, 20-year-old Alicia Weir, along with the 13-year-old boy, a 14-year-old boy, a 16-year-old boy and a 17-year-old boy and allowed them to drink in his apartment.

Preston is charged with unlawfully dealing with a child and endangering the welfare of a child.

Weir, along with the 16 and 17-year-old boys are charge with possession of alcohol under 21 years of age, endangering the welfare of a child and unlawfully dealing with a child.

They were all arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court and sent to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $2,500 cash bail. They are all due back in court on July 13th.
