NEW YORK MILLS -- A Vernon Center man is accused of raping a woman.

Oneida County Sheriff's deputies say 30-year-old Christopher Palmer forced a woman to have sexual relations with him against her will.

He was arraigned in the Village of New York Mills Court and sent to the Oneida County Correctional Facility in lieu of $30,000 bail.
