UTICA -- Police arrested a naked Utica man after responding to reports of a disorderly party.

Police say that they responded to the disorderly party report in the area of Sunset Avenue and Chestnut Street in Utica around 12:30am Wednesday morning. They heard a man yelling and a woman yelling at him to leave.

Officers say they saw the man, wearing only a town, yelling from a neighbor’s front porch.

When officers told the man to stop yelling, he removed the towel and stood naked, police say. Then he kicked the officer.

Brian Thompson, 44, of Utica, was arrested on charges of harassment, disorderly conduct, and exposure of a person.
