OSWEGO, OSWEGO COUNTY -- Deputies say that Kevin J. Larrabee, 28, is accused of engaging in sexual relations with a girl under the age of 17.

According to deputies, Larrabee was arrested Thursday for rape and endangering the welfare of a child. The arrested followed a reported incident in the City of Oswego in August.

Larrabee was previously charged for a seperate incident where he allegedly raped a 20-year-old woman. 

Larrabee was arraigned in Oswego City Court and remanded to Oswego County Correctional Facility without bail. He is expected to return to court October 17.
