Fire on Monday morning left 20 homeless in Marcy

Oneida County investigators are charging a Willows Apartments resident with setting the fire that left 20 homeless on Monday morning.  Deputies say 38 year old James Kirk was seen leaving the Chaminade Road building in Marcy,  minutes before the fire was reported, and has been missing since.  He was found in Malone, and arrested on Friday.  Kirk is now charged with arson, second degree.  The investigation continues.
