CLAY -- Onondaga County Sheriff's deputies have identified the man killed in a deadly crash in Clay.
It happened just before 6 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Caughdenoy and Maple Roads.
Deputies say 20-year-old Seet Weng Ng, 449 Lillian Ave. Apt. 1A, failed to stop at the intersection and was t-boned by a commercial van.
Ng, a Malaysia native, was an engineering student at Iowa State University. He was living in Syracuse and working on an internship with the Carrier Corporation.
No tickets were issued in the crash.
