Last December, this FlashMob at Carousel Center was singing Messiah.  On Sunday, Symphony Syracuse hopes for a big turnout at Hendricks Chapel, for a more 'traditional' version

Handel's "Messiah" is a Christmas classic, and this year Symphony Syracuse and the Syracuse Oratorio Society will continue the performance tradition.

David Ross, musician with Symphony Syracuse, says it's a Syracuse holiday event that goes back to the 1960s.  This year's version will be at Hendricks Chapel, at SU (free parking!)...Sunday at 3pm.  Tickets are $20 (10% discount for seniors) or $10 for students, and can be purchased at the door or at the Syracuse Opera Box Office 476-7372
