Highland Forest, in Fabius, offers a unique dining out experience for couples: Valentines in the Forest.

The evening events at the park's Skyline Lodge include live entertainment, a sumptuous buffet dinner (prime rib, riggies with vodka sauce and more), horse drawn rides, a bon fire, and dancing to live music.  Onondaga County Parks Commissioner Bill Lansley says the dinners--on Friday and Saturday nights through February 18th, plus Valentine's Night--all benefit the Nordic Ski Patrol at the park.
