HANNIBAL, OSWEGO CO. -- A Hannibal man is accused of possessing six unregistered handguns.

Oswego County Sheriff's deputies say 43-year-old Ronald Myers also did not have a New York State pistol permit.

Myers is charged with criminal possession of a weapon, a felony. It stems from an unrelated incident that happened on February 23. Deputies have not yet said what that incident entailed.

Myers was arraigned in Hannibal Town Court and sent to the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of $500 cash bail or $1,000 bail bond. He is scheduled to be back in court on March 13.
