SENECA FALLS -- A Seneca Falls man is accused of sexually abusing a girl.

Seneca County Sheriff's deputies say 26-year-old Donald Scharett, of 1875 Auburn Road Lot 6, had sexual contact with a 15-year-old girl without her consent.

Scharett is charged with sex abuse and endangering the welfare of a child.

He was arraigned in the Town of Junius Court and sent to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $2,000 cash or $4,000 bail bond.
