JEFFERSON CO. -- A Mannsville man is accused of having sex with two young girls.

18-year-old Brian Mullin, of 1957 CR-87, is charged with rape, criminal sexual act and endangering the welfare of a child.

State police say he had sexual intercourse and oral sexual conduct with a 14-year-old girl in November and December 2011 in the Town of Adams and Watertown in Jefferson County.

He is also accused of having sexual intercourse and oral sexual conduct with a 15-year-old girl in the Towns of Ellisburg and Adams on two occasions in January of this year. In that case, he's charged with sexual misconduct and endangering the welfare of a child.

Mullin was arraigned in the Town of Watertown Court and released on his own recognizance pending grand jury action.
