Finger Lakes wineries invented a tour/trail system to bring in more business, and did it so well that the area's cheese makers set up a trail of their own.  Now, the wine trail people are inviting the cheese people to a pairing tour.

Cayuga Lake Wine Trail is calling it 'Say Cheese, & More!" with wineries (including hard cider producers) showing off specific cheeses next weekend (March 24 & 25).  And in addition to just cheese, there will be quiches, risottos  and more, made with cheese, also offered.

The 'more'  is a chance to enter a photo contest for a specialty gift basket, and there are also grand prizes from hotels and inns in the area.  Cathy Millspaugh, of Cayuga Lake Wine Trail, says last year's grand prize was won by a Buffalo resident--she'd like to see a Central New Yorker win this year.
