OSWEGO -- Police arrested Scott Milliman, 40, after he allegedly attacked a person in a domestic dispute Monday.

Police say Milliman allegedly punched the victim in the head, slapped their face, kicked them and threatened them with a double bladed sword.

The victim had a refrain from Order of Protection filed against Milliman.

Milliman is charged with harassment, menacing and criminal contempt.

Milliman was arraigned in the Town of Oswego Court and remanded to the Oswego County Jail in lieu of $1000 cash or $2000 bond.
