CLYDE -- A man allegedly tattooed two 15-year-old boys in a private home in Clyde.

Police say they arrested Raymond Sepulveda, 34 on two counts of second degree unlawful dealing with a child.

The incident happened in late February and Sepulveda was arrested about a month later.

Sepulveda was released with an Appearance Ticket and is scheduled to appear in court later this week.
