CICERO -- The driver connected to a crash that killed a Cicero-North Syracuse teen has been cleared of criminal charges.

A grand jury decided not to indict 45-year-old Timothy Williams, of Phoenix, on several charges, including second degree vehicular manslaughter, DWI, aggravated DWI, and driving while impaired.

Prosecutors had said Williams was drunk when 17-year-old Taylor Fleming pulled out in front of him on Northern Boulevard in December. Fleming passed away a few days later.

In the wake of Fleming's death, the community came together to support her family. There have been several fundraisers to benefit the Flemings, from selling t-shirts to a special concert.
