SYRACUSE -- Emergency crews were on the scene of a serious crash on Thompson Road in Syracuse Tuesday morning.

Onondaga County Sheriff's deputies say a driver pulled out in front of another car, forcing it into a telephone pole.

One driver was taken to the hospital, but there is no word yet on the person's condition. The condition of the other driver is also unknown at this time.

Police say Thompson Rd. at Carrier Circle is closed while the investigation continues.
