HANNIBAL, OSWEGO CO. -- A Hannibal woman is charged with welfare fraud.

Oswego County Sheriff's deputies say 28-year-old Diana Sacco, of 1279 CR 3, had undeclared income making her ineligible to receive benefits in excess of $3,000.

She is charged with grand larceny, welfare fraud and offering to file a false instrument.

Sacco was arraigned in Scriba Town Court and released on her own recognizance. She is scheduled to appear in Mexico Town Court tomorrow.
