A Watertown man was arrested for allegedly enticing a young girl into performing sex acts online and for stalking her and her younger sister.

Police arrested 21-year-old Robert LaShure for allegedly enticing a young girl into performing sexual acts on the internet and stalking both her and her sister.

Police say LaShure enticed a 15-year-old girl into performing sexual acts on the internet on a number of occasions dating back to November 2010.

LaShure then used those incidents to threaten her into doing more.

Police say LaShure stalked the girl using the internet and electronic devices. The girl blocked LaShure from all of her accounts. In April 2012 he began to talk and threaten the girl’s 13-year-old sister in an attempt to lure the 15-year-old girl into speaking with him again.

An investigation concluded and ended in the arrest of LaShure on Thursday.

Police charged LaShure with disseminating indecent materials to minors, use of a child in a sexual performance, stalking, and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.

LaShure was arraigned in the Town of Leray Court and remanded to the Jefferson County Correctional Facility in lieu of $15,000 cash of $30,000 bond.

Police are asking any other possible victims to contact the Sheriff’s Office at 786-2714.
