Cicero drug robbery leads to pot bust and three arrests

CICERO -- Police in Cicero arrest three men in connection with a drug robbery.

Cicero Police say they responded to a robbery at Windview Apartments around 7:20pm Tuesday evening.

Officers say 26-year-old Robert Revoir, of Bernards Bay went into an apartment at Windview Apartments where he expected to sell marijuana to two customers.

Once Revior was in the apartment, police say 23-year-old Terrel Cooper, of Canastota, and 25-year-old Holvin Copeles, of Bridgeport, robbed Revior after threatening him with a knife.

Police say Cooper and Copeles stole four ounces of pot from Revior. Police also recovered $150 in counterfeit money.

Police were able to apprehend Copeles in a wooded area just behind the apartment complex. About an hour and a half later, they apprehended Cooper in the Bridgeport area.

All three subjects were arrested.

Police charged Cooper and Copeles with second degree robbery and criminal possession of marijuana. Cooper and Copeles were arraigned and remanded to the Justice Center with $25,000 bail.

Revior was charged with criminal possession and criminal sale of marijuana. Police issued Revior an appearance ticket. He is expected in court next week.
