SYRACUSE -- Update: 5/26/12 9:53PM

After finishing their investigation, Police say Gerardo Algarin-Morales was ticketed for "failure to yield the right of way when crossing a roadway", which was a contributing factor of the crash. The driver of the 2009 Honda, Wynetta Devore, of Syracuse, was ticketed for an unregistered motor vehicle.

Algarin-Morales and Devore will appear in Syracuse Traffic Court at a later date.
