CORTLANDVILLE -- The Cortland County Sheriff’s Department is investigating two suspicious fires at an apartment complex in Cortlandville.

Deputies say two separate fires were set at the North View Apartments at 4297 Route 11.

Deputies say the first was set on Sunday at 2:30am and the second was set Wednesday around 10:56am.

Both of the fires were set in the hallway and caused damage to the building.
