65-year old sent to Oneida County Jail
Arthur Cobb, from Forestport, is charged with child computer porn
After a two month investigation, State Police have arrested 65-year old Arthur Cobb on computer child porn charges.
Investigators say the Lone Pine Drive, Forestport man was sent to the Oneida County Jail on charges of Possessing a Sexual Performance by a Child, and Promoting a Sexual Performance by a Child.
