PREBLE, CORTLAND COUNTY -- A man trapped under a tractor in Cortland County is recovering at Upstate University Hospital with serious injuries.

Emergency crews responded to Route 11 and Foley Road in Preble around 3:45 Tuesday afternoon for a report of a man trapped under a tractor. 

The 31-year-old man was trying to pull a log with his tractor when the tractor flipped over, pinning him underneath, according to the Cortland County Sheriffs Department.

The man has not been identified.
