20 vehicles scratched at Bill Rapp Superstore on Friday night

SYRACUSE -- Syracuse Police say 20 vehicles were scratched between 7:00pm on Friday and 9:00am on Saturday at Bill Rapp Superstore on Burnet Avenue.

A Bill Rapp worker notified police that several vehicles had been damaged while the business was closed overnight. A sharp object was used to scratch the hood area of most of the vehicles, which were parked in a row in the parking lot closest to the street.

The dollar value of the damage is unknown at this time.

The Syracuse Police Department is continuing their investigation, and anyone with information is asked to call Syracuse Police at 442-5222.
