SYRACUSE --
Syracuse police say they are investigating a possible scam.
Police say a woman living on the city's west side reported a suspicious incident that happened at her home around 7:00 a.m. Wednesday.
Two white men told the woman that they would be doing construction next to her home and asked for personal information.
The woman told police that while one man was talking to her, the other asked to use the bathroom and entered her home. Minute later, she says she saw the man wandering in the bedroom.
Police say the men left the home, apparently without taking anything.
One suspect was described as a white male, about 5'10" tall with an average build. The second was described as a white male, sorter, and had a mustache.
Police say the suspects may be driving a white Dodge Ram pick-up truck with Florida plates.
Police remind resident not to allow strangers into your home and to call 911 if you see anything suspicious.
