SYRACUSE -- A fire in Syracuse is under investigation.
It broke out around 3pm Saturday on Shonnard Street. Firefighters got the flames under control in 10 minutes. Crews say the fire started in the basement and that no on has lived in the house for a few years.
"We've always got a problem with not necessarily just kids, but with individuals being around vacant houses that have no businesses being there," Said Deputy Chief David Reeves. "They're an easy target."
No one was hurt in the fire.
