HASTINGS --

The Town of Hastings and West Monroe will not be spraying for mosquitoes on Wednesday night as planned.

James Weatherup, Town of Hastings Supervisor, says there was a notification glitch and Department of Environmental Conservation was not notified far enough in advance of the scheduled spraying.

Weatherup says the earliest the Town of Hastings will spray is Tuesday, September 4.
