CAMILLUS -- Two seniors from West Genesee High School were selected to perform with the U.S. Army-All American Band in San Antonio, Texas in January for the halftime of the U.S. Army Senior Bowl.

Shawn Davern and Nicholas Piato were chosen through a competitive audition. They will be recognized by the U.S. Army and All-American Games in an induction ceremony on Tuesday, October 16 in the West Genesee High School Auditorium at 8:30 p.m. Each year the U.S. Army All-American Bowl Selection Tour visits the high school of each All-American player to officially recognize and announce their selection to the Bowl.

Davern and Piato are two of 126 senior high school students selected from around the country.
