ALBANY -- One hundred new jobs will be created in Central New York, thanks to Governor Andrew Cuomo's ReCharge NY program.

The program is designed to foster economic development by providing businesses with low-cost power so they can afford to create and retain jobs.

Governor Cuomo says the program has already helped keep nearly 385,00 jobs.

Overall, ReCharge NY is creating 3,200 jobs across New York State.
