SYRACUSE -- Syracuse police responded to a fight at a James street apartment Friday night where they found a man with a stab wound.

Police said two men were arguing when 20 year old Marcus Pickney stabbed the other man.

The unidentified 29 year old victim’s wound was non-life threatening, according to police.

Police charged Pickney with felony assault and criminal possession of a weapon.

Pickney is set to be arraigned on Saturday.
