BROOKFIELD, WISCONSIN -- Three people are dead and four injured after a mass shooting at Azana Salon and Spa in Bridgeport, Wisconsin Sunday.

Police say 45 year-old Radcliffe Haughton was the shooter, and that the attack may have been linked to a domestic dispute related to his ex-wife Zina Haughton.

Waukesha County medical examiners have confirmed that Zina Haughton was among those killed.

Police say Radcliffe Haughton was found a few hours after the attack dead of an apparent self-inflicted gun shot wound.

Wisconsin police also thought that Haughton had planted a home-made bomb near the salon, which they say slowed the investigation.
