OSWEGO -- Police in Oswego say they responded to a fight between Keenen A. Davis and William D. Cook, both age 21, just after 9:30 p.m. Wednesday night.

Police say Cook allegedly hit Davis with a metal broom and Davis retaliated by stabbing Cook in the neck with a knife.

Cook was treated on the scene for non-life threatening injuries.

Police arrested Cook and Davis for misdemeanor criminal possession of a weapon. They are being held at Oswego Police Department pending arraignment.
