An Oswego man is accused of raping a girl.

54-year-old Dayne Robert Cory, of 631 Middle Road, is charged with rape and criminal sex act.

Oswego County Sheriff's deputies say he engaged in sexual intercourse with a girl younger than 15-years-old.

Cory was arraigned and sent to the Oswego County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash or $20,000 bond. He is due back in court on November 15.
