SYRACUSE -- The musical "Wicked" has captivated audiences on Broadway, and all across the country. This week, it flew back into Syracuse, taking center stage at the Landmark Theatre.

CNY Central photographer Andy Wolf got an exclusive behind the scenes look at what it takes to become the main character, Elphaba.

Our cameras sat down with actress Christine Dwyer, as she underwent the green transformation to become the wicked witch.

She talks about what it's like to wear the makeup, in the video above.

You still have plenty of time to see Elphaba, Glinda the Good Witch, and the rest of the Wicked cast and crew.

It's playing at the Landmark Theatre, now through December 9th.

Tickets are going fast, but there are still good seats available.

There will be a lottery for orchestra seats at a discounted price, two hours before every performance.

Here's how it works:

Show up at the Landmark Theatre two and a half hours before curtain, and put your name in a lottery drum.

30 minutes later, names will be drawn for a limited number of orchestra seats for $25 each.

You have to pay in cash, and bring valid photo identification.

The lottery is only available in person, and there is a two-ticket limit per person.
