New Hartford Police have re-arrested a Level 3 sex offender, and are asking for more witnesses to the reported incident near the Kohl's store on Thursday evening  to come forward.

Stephen Kuznia III, who's 58 and under the supervision of the Parole Division, was arrested after a tip, that he was exposing himself while in a vehicle outside the store.  He is now in the Oneida County Jail.

Another victim has come forward since the arrest, and police want to hear from more potential witnesses, who may have been in the area of the Kohl's about 7:15 Thursday night:  724-7111 is their confidential number.
