SYRACUSE -- Digging for Dinosaurs is now at the Oncenter in Syracuse, showcasing roughly 60 dinosaurs and several dinosaur-themed activities.

The three-day event, which runs from Friday through Sunday, features a variety of activities, including dinosaur mini-golf, panning for gems and stones, digging for fossils, riding a mechanical dinosaur, face painting, and playing in dinosaur-themed bounce houses.

Of the approximately 60 dinosaurs on display, more than a dozen are equipped with movement and sound.

The exhibit gives parents and kids something fun and educational to do together. "Tonight, we came here to get out of the house a little in the wintertime," said mom Rebecca Stover. "Something fun to do."

"[It's] just something to get out and about," said dad Scott Davis. "Something educational and enjoyable for the kids."

Digging for Dinosaurs continues this weekend from 10am-8pm on Saturday and 10am-7pm on Sunday. Tickets are $16 for guests 12 and older, and $11 for children ages 2-11 and seniors over age 65. All children under age 2 are free.
