HANNIBAL -- A Fulton man is accused of raping a girl.

23-year-old David Gagnon, of Woodland Dr., Bldg. 25, is charged with rape and endangering the welfare of a child.

Oswego County Sheriff's deputies say Gagnon had sexual intercourse with a girl under the age of 13 at a home in Hannibal in May 2012.

Gagnon was arraigned in Scriba Town Court and sent to the Oswego County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 bond.

He is scheduled to appear in Hannibal Town Court on January 29.
