SANDY CREEK -- The New York State Police Community Narcotics Enforcement Team (CNET) arrested 27-year-old Rebecca S. Keegan on Thursday, January 31^st after executing a search warrant at her apartment in the Village of Sandy Creek.

Troopers say they found a meth lab in Keegans’ Hardwood Drive Apartment.

Keegan was arrested and charged with unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine.

She is being held in the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of $10,000 cash/ $20,000 bond.
