DUNDEE, YATES COUNTY -- A Yates County man is accused of sexually abusing a child.

45-year-old Daniel White, of 27 Highland Drive in Dundee, is charged with sexual abuse, forcibly touching and endangering the welfare of a child.

A 12-year-old told police they were walking home from school when White approached them in an intoxicated state and inappropriately touched them.

White is currently in the Yates County Jail on $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 bond. He is scheduled to reappear in the Village of Dundee Court at a later date.
