Tuesday, November 29, 2011  I returned to my alma mater, East Syracuse-Minoa High School Tuesday morning, in an effort to promote a charity basketball game that ES-M is teaming up with CNY Central on. The game this Saturday at ES-M High School at 7 p.m. and is benefitting Helping Hounds Dog Rescue.

Friday, September 30, 2011  ES-M has been eliminated by New Hartford three out of the last four years in the sectional playoffs. Whether that was on the ES-M Spartans' minds or not is unclear, but ES-M avenged those losses in a way trouncing its rival 56-6 at ES-M High School.

Saturday, January 15, 2011  It was a special day for anyone with ties to the East Syracuse-Minoa school district. The Athletics Department inducted the 2011 class into the Hall of Fame on Saturday night.
