It's a special occasion for any high school team to win a league championship, basically meaning it's been a special millenium for Jamesville-Dewitt boys basketball. The Red Rams won their 12th in a row, beating CBA 71-51 at Buddy Wleklinski Court.

No question, the Henninger community has undergone enormous amounts of sorrow over the past 18 months. There was the passing of former basketball coach and administrator Joe Mazella. Then this past fall, there was the untimely death of former basketball star Kihary Blue.
