JoJo Marasco had three goals, Josh Amidon and Bobby Eilers each scored twice, and top-ranked Syracuse beat Siena 10-4 on Sunday night in the first round of the NCAA men's lacrosse tournament.

Syracuse earned the tournament's top seed on the strength of a 14-1 regular season. The Saints are making their second trip to the postseason in the last three years. They are 13-4 overall.
