For the second consecutive night the Big-Block Modified Super DIRTcar Series race wasn't decided until the final lap. Matt Sheppard held off a late-race charge Monday night by Danny Johnson to collect the victory at Rolling Wheels Raceway Park in the "Stars and Stripes 100."
