Tuesday, March 05, 2013  The Bishop Ludden boys basketball team has won a Section III Class A title and now has its sights set on something more. Another New York State title.

Monday, March 04, 2013  Nottingham, comprised of Tyquon Hightower, Romeo Kpolo, Jefari Davis and Sterling Lowry blazed past the competition, capturing a state title with a time of just over 1:35. The team finished 2nd in the Federation Cup but that's almost irrelevant to the Bulldogs who can now say they are New York State champs.

Sunday, March 25, 2012  For Breanna Stewart and the Cicero North-Syracuse girls basketball team, their Class AA Federation title game was just another win in a remarkable season. Murray Bergtraum, a school from New York City, had no chance, as the Northstars cruised with a 60 to 28 victory.

Tuesday, March 20, 2012  Dirk Nowitski of the NBA defending champion Dallas Maverick's congratulated the Ludden boys today in a Youtube video, even mentioning Bishop Ludden head coach Pat Donnelly.

Saturday, March 17, 2012  For one of the most historic basketball teams in our area, it was a day the community will never forget. Fittingly, on St. Patrick's Day, The Bishop Ludden Gaelic Knights won a New York State Championship.

Friday, September 30, 2011  Smith is a Track and Cross Country runner at Christian Brothers Academy in Syracuse. His team needed help in the Steeple Chase event, an event that Smith had never done before. To say Smith rose to the challenge would be an understatement, he won a New York State Championship in the event.
