The defending state-champion boys hockey team from West Genesee is proving to all of Section III they are poised to make another run. The Wildcats hosted Corcoran, an extremely talented team in their own right, and beat the Cougars 8-0 at Shove Park Monday night.

Many high school games were cancelled on Friday because of the impending weather, but the games that were played were well worth taking in.

The Syracuse Academy of Science boys basketball team won 9 games combined in its first three years of existence, on Wednesday the Atoms improved to 14-2 this season alone.
